A Special FX UV pigment — Neon White ignites into a bright electric blue the moment it hits a blacklight. It's UV-reactive rather than true glow-in-the-dark: it needs a UV/blacklight source to fire, and won't glow in plain darkness. Really good liked it a lot you have to build it up quite abit but works amazing in UV
This paint is fantastic underneath the UV light, However as a white paint it's very faint, Would be best as a layered highlight. Very easy to use however, still pigminted on light skin. Doesn't cause Sensitive skin to react negativley. Washes off simply with water!
under uv light its amazing but its not that pigmented under normal lights so I have to put a layer of white down first but still like it
Amazing glow under under black light, not so much in daylight/normal light. But you really want it for the black light so that's ok.
