A Special FX UV pigment — Neon Orange ignites into a fiery orange the moment it hits a blacklight. It's UV-reactive rather than true glow-in-the-dark: it needs a UV/blacklight source to fire, and won't glow in plain darkness. Perfect for raves, festivals, blacklight parties, costume and cosplay FX, and stage or photography work where you want colour that stays hidden until the lights change.
Special FX product – prosthetic paint (for professional use only) – not a cosmetic product. Though widely used around the world by face painters & special FX artists, as of yet, the US FDA and EU Commission have not tested neon pigments to be used in cosmetics, therefore they have not been approved by the FDA or EU to be labelled as a cosmetic in the US & EU.
