Prime Strong Black flows off the brush the moment it's loaded with a little water — rich, opaque, and built for line work, stenciling, and shading, but just as capable sponged on as a full base colour. It doesn't need much water, so start light and build up as needed.
Patch test: Test on the wrist 30 minutes before full application. Discontinue use if any reaction occurs. Do not: Do not sleep with paint on skin. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Storage: Store dry with the lid on in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Never leave in a hot car. Use within 12 months of opening.

Love fusion paints. This is a great solid black, washes off very easily. Love it!
as someone that absolutely chews through liquid linerthis has been my go to money saving alternative for years, the pan lasts as ling time and it pulls pure black even over white makeup whilst being great for finer lines
Beautifully pigmented, opaque and matte in one layer, very easy to use! Washes off with just water.
It’s a great paint but smudges pretty easy if you don’t set it with a black eyeshadow
